Ok - I can't believe I'm doing this - posting an advertisement as an example, so I'm posting another as a kind of counterpoint, both for >surprise< absolut. It's amazing how the first commercial makes you realize how easy at least a couple of the options would be to realize and probably how relatively inexpensive the commercial was to make. The second is the first in a three part series with Zach Gallifianakis and probably the whole three part series was probably also none too expensive.
(you might want to open them both in a new window on youtube as they don't exactly fit on the screen otherwise)
enjoy

You got to love how people make the words but not for that purpose. The message sounds universal or something people should do but to drink distilled potato? The content and context of that commercial is too out of place for me.
I do not understand how the second one relates to poetry unless it is the ad at the end.
Is there a limit to what poetry should be used for or is poetry anything with words in any superficial audio and visual form?
good question at the end - the first one I posted for the simple reason that it exhibited a couple relatively easy techniques - obviously not for the message - the second I posted becuase it's also an ad for absolut - but it is as close to an anti - ad as you can get - I didn't post it because it included a poetics - only to counteract the first ad
